Diboyoyan Island
Marine Protected Area
40 minutes by banca. Depth 3-28 m. Surrounding the island of Diboyoyan, this beautiful reef offers a large diversity of soft and hard corals where you can also spot blacktip reef sharks, large school of surgeonfish and macro life. Fom December to May, you can observed cuttlefish wandering around the reef and laying their eggs!
The plateform at 25m is definitely a must for photographers with the imposing sponge and fan corals. Mantas show up occasionally. On several occasions, a whale shark has been seen passing.
